jasmine is totally next to go. here's a tip for the gym: the elliptical trainer puts less impact on your knees than both the treadmill and stairclimber, while providing an equally beneficial workout...it's also a better workout than the cycling machines, as long as you use the arm bars. also, lifting weights burns major calories and boosts your resting metabolic rate...and most importantly, do what is fun to insure that you'll keep it up!
