It's only nine o'clock and I'm already grumpy. (Wait, I woke up that way.) Some asshat called at 8:30 on the dot to bitch at me about the shipping charge on his order. "Nowhere does it say you charge extra!!" Uh, yeah, dumbass, it does. In BOLD letters, too. *points* Right there, sir, it says that we charge $10 extra because of the size and weight. It's not my fault you can't read.Now maybe I'm expecting too much from people. But seriously, folks, if you send us an e-mail at two in the morning on Sunday, do you really think we're going to be there to reply? Why do you insist on sending an e-mail once an hour all day on Sunday?! And to top it all off, its in regards to an order you placed on Saturday afternoon. We haven't even downloaded the weekend orders yet! Hold your damn horses!
