I'm going to bitch slap these people. Really. It's the Holiday Shopping season. Do not call up a mail order place and not know what you want. You're just wasting our time. I have a dozen other things I really need to be doing right now, I don't have time to just sit here picking my ass. I have been waiting for this woman to make up her freakin' mind for TEN minutes. How hard is it to decide BEFORE you call? Does she just not realize that there are a billion other people also trying to order and that maybe she's tying up the line? No. Grr.
