I feel myself getting stupider with every call...Will this be on Master Card, Visa, or American Express?

Sometimes, I really just want to say "Duh" to customers. Not in the lighthearded ha-ha way, but the "oh my God, I can't believe that you're this stupid" way.
Today has been very... what's the word... Testy? (Is it just me, or does anyone else giggle at that word?)
