I had a customer really annoy me today. (Moreso than usual.) Sometimes people have crappy phones or they simply talk softly, so I have to ask them to speak up. Today, I asked this guy to speak up and I heard him mumble "hear this, you deaf ho."Just because someone asks you to speak up does not mean that they're deaf. In my case, it's only partially true. But I never use my right ear when I'm taking calls. Never ever. Why? Because I can't hear jack shit out of that ear most of the time.
